Our Story

CLASS — Celebration Learning and Academic Services was created with one clear purpose: to help immigrant families thrive in the American education system.

When families move to the United States, children face new challenges — a different language, a new school system, and a new culture. Many parents feel unsure about how to help their children succeed. That’s why Meire Damaceno, M.Ed., founded CLASS: to serve as a bridge between cultures, education, and opportunity.

Our programs are designed to help students discover their strengths, build confidence, and achieve academic excellence — while families gain peace of mind knowing their children are supported by experts who truly care.

About Our Founder

Meire Damaceno, M.Ed.

Meire’s passion for education began in Brazil and grew in the United States, where she graduated top of her class from the University of Central Florida, earning her Bachelor’s in English and Master’s in Education (Magna Cum Laude).

With over 30 years of teaching experience, including a decade with Orange County Public Schools, Meire holds certifications in English, ESL, Reading, and Portuguese. Her approach is strengths-based, valuing students’ abilities and efforts while guiding them toward ever-higher goals.

Through CLASS, Meire combines her professional expertise and cultural understanding to create a program that feels like home, welcoming, personalized, and built for the success of every student.
